I loved my stay at this excellent hotel. Brand-new rooms. The staff I encountered were professional and helpful.

Liked our stay, would stay there again. The place was clean with professional and helpful staff members. Its location was indeed comfy and only 5 minutes walk from Randhurst Village Mall. The area was pretty nice.

The room was well-appointed and the staff were polite. The location magnificent and perfectly comfortable quite away from downtown attractions.

The beds here are super comfy, and the TV comes with all the channels you need. You can also find a microwave and a fridge in the room for added convenience. the bar serves up a tasty selection of food🍔.

Delicious meals and nice big beds in the king room. the room was cozy and warm 🛏️. It's conveniently located within a short walk to the airport, downtown Chicago, and a variety of dining options.

The staff here were super nice and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our room even had a bathtub 🛁! the food at the bar was delicious too, a perfect place to grab a bite to eat.

The hotel is well priced and offers good Wi-Fi. the attached restaurant is a nice bonus. the rooms are warm and comfy. the staff is really helpful and professional. There is plenty of good food available. the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, just 12 miles away.

Reasonably priced hotel that’s my go-to in Mount Prospect. the property is clean with friendly staff and newly renovated rooms. Conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to Randhurst Village Mall. There's a great restaurant within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is delicious.

The hotel's location was perfect for our family trip. It was close enough to the airport without suffering from the noise and crowds. We also loved that there was a restaurant on site, which made it convenient for us to grab a late dinner and breakfast. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the room was clean and well-appointed. Plus, the hotel provided a shuttle service that was quick to arrive at the airport, making our transportation hassle-free.

There was a slight issue with our reservation upon arrival, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

During my stay at Holiday Inn, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bedding and the freshness of the white, soft towels provided. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking, which was a great convenience.

One thing that stood out to me was the absence of room service. However, I quickly adapted and made a trip to Walmart to purchase food that I could easily warm up in the microwave provided in the room.
